Swedish heavy weights thrown have announced the release of their highly anticipated debut album EXCESSIVE GUILT, set for release on 30th August via Arising Empire.
Since forming in 2021, thrown have been mesmerizing the metal world with their signature blend of aural violence, live intensity and enigmatic performances.

In 2022 thrown released their debut EP EXTENDED PAIN which has been sitting in Spotify's Top 200 Global Metal Chart for almost a year, with over 50 million streams across its five songs.
