The High Water Festival has issued a statement that curators, Shovels & Rope, will celebrate their hometown of Charleston, SC by offering a Locals Only ticket at a special price this year. The Festival is heading into its 4th year at Riverfront Park in North Charleston and will host two stages of bands over two days, April 19 & 20, 2020. Local General Admission tickets are limited and will be offered at $145 for the weekend. To access the special rates, use the code "CHARLESTON" at checkout.

The two-day festival will celebrate food, music and libations with the following bands/artists: Wilco, Nathaniel Ratecliff, Brittany Howard, Shovels & Rope, Mavis Staples, Andrew Bird, Drive-By Truckers, Rufus Wainwright, Sharon Van Elton, Angel Olsen, Delta Spirit, Drew Holcomb & The Neighbors, Wilder Woods, Liz Cooper & The Stampede, Strand of Oaks, The Felice Brothers, Shannon & The Clams, Seratones, Cedric Burnside, Indianola, Palm Palm, and She Returns From War.
